It’s family-friendly (children over 5 please), and the atmosphere is casual and quiet, making it an experience to share and remember. We offer comfortable guestrooms, delicious full breakfasts, a wide variety of amenities, and our Colorado accommodations are brimming with spectacular Rocky Mountain vistas.

OUR QUIRKS

SAWATCH VISTAS is a non-smoking facility.
Sorry but pets can not be accommodated.
Gourmet dinner packages can not accommodate children of any age.
RESERVATIONS
A 50% deposit (or 1 night's stay, whichever is larger) is guaranteed by credit card (Master card or Visa) when reservations are made. Checks and cash are also accepted at time of check out.
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations are charged a $15.00 cancellation fee. If the cancellation is at least 2 weeks prior to the arrival date, refund amount is deposit minus the $15.00 fee. If cancellation occurs within 2 weeks before arrival date, deposit is forfeited unless the room is rebooked.
