A deposit of 50% or one nights stay, whichever is greater, is charged at the time the reservation is made. One reserved, you are responsible for your entire stay. If for any reason you must cancel your reservation, we will gladly refund your deposit, less a $15.00 per room, cancellation fee, with at least 30 days notice during our peak season, June 1- Oct 31 and fourteen days notice for the balance of the year.
